BLACK FRIDAY FAQ


1. What is the returns & exchanges policy during Black Friday?

Orders placed from November 21st come with an extended return window until January 10th. Making holiday gifting easier.

During special discount periods, including Black Friday, we accept size exchanges only.
If the size you are looking for is not available, please contact supportus@coolway.com.

Returns and refunds are not available during Black Friday.


2. How does Early Access work?

Our Homies get exclusive perks: early access to the best Black Friday deals.

The Early Access code can be combined with existing discounts on the website, but cannot be used alongside another discount code.

Valid on all products, unless otherwise stated.


3. The item I want is sold out — will it come back?

If an item is marked as out of stock during Black Friday, it will not be restocked during the sale.

Outside Black Friday:
We restock regularly, but restock dates vary by product.
Sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page to be notified immediately.


4. Can I reserve items in my cart?

No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock.
Stock is only secured once checkout is completed.


5. What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
During Black Friday, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high volume.


6. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with tracking details.


7. Can my order arrive in multiple packages?

Yes. During peak periods, some orders may be split into separate shipments.
You will receive a tracking number for each package.


8. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We cannot guarantee cancellations once the order is placed.

We cannot modify size, address, or items after an order has been processed.

If the address is inaccurate, the package may return to sender and we will help you resolve it based on your case.


9. Can I use a gift card during Black Friday?

Yes —gift cards can be used normally during Black Friday.

If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to a gift card, even for mixed payments.


10. What payment methods are available during Black Friday?

All standard payment methods remain available.


11. What should I do if my product is faulty?

If your item arrives defective, our regular warranty applies.
Contact support with photos + your order number for fast assistance.


12. How long does customer support take to respond?

Our team usually responds within 24–48 business hours.
During Black Friday, response times may be slightly longer due to high demand.
