Obsessed is an understatement

I originally I had tried on multiple pairs of the brand that starts with an A and just felt they were so uncomfortable and way too narrow on me. I saw some ads for coolway shoes and was obsessed with the colors and style. Decided to order a pair for my boyfriend and I and they were both true to size! Wore them on a trip and they were super comfortable! So so happy.

Wrong size on box. Wrong size on shoes. Who knows?!

I received these shoes shortly after ordering them. I ordered a men’s 7 (41). When the shoes arrived, the box was marked 8 (41). Okay. So I wore them. A little roomy and fit somewhat weird. But I felt that a size 40 may be too small. After wearing them and trying to make them fit (they seemed narrow with too much material in the toe box)… I looked inside the shoe and saw that it’s marked “ eur 41/ us 10 / uk 7/ jap 262”. So are these women’s shoes? I definitely don’t wear a women’s 10. Nor a men’s 10. I’ve emailed Coolway customer service with no reply. There’s something wrong here, but I’m not sure what. This sort of thing doesn’t happen with Adidas, Nike, etc. otherwise, the shoe is decently built. It just fits like a squishy banana. I wear a men’s 7.5, eur 40-41. I ordered a men’s 7/ 41. I received an 8 (10?) and maybe a 41.
